Executive Chef, Arturo CasillasExecutive Chef, Arturo Casillas began his career 23-years ago at Cuistot, in Palm Desert and made his first move onto the line at the pantry. Following his move to the hot line, Chef Arturo worked as Sous Chef at St. Germain where he honed his skills in both cuisine and leadership.
His first step in the Executive Chef position came at La Quinta Grill where he stayed for the next five years. His vast experience with a variety of cuisines, styles and teams prepared him to lead our original restaurant Acqua Pazza kitchen to an amazing 10-year run of renowned success. |
